Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only offered in faulty products.

All refund claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence of the fault. 

A new item may be requested to replace the faulty item, less than or equal to the value of the faulty goods. 

 

Change of mind returns must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Exchange only, no refunds for change of mind returns. Return shipping is at the buyers cost.
